These carrots are the Blue Angels of side dishes—always stealing the spotlight and loved by all ages. They fit perfectly with any main dish and are the ultimate crowd-pleasers. They also make for amazing leftovers, though let's be honest, there’s a good chance you'll be staring at an empty plate. Ingredients

  • 4-6 Large Carrots

  • 2-3 TBS Maple Syrup

  • 1-2 TBS Balsamin Vinegar

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Fresh Thyme

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

To prepare this delicious dish, preheat your oven to 400F. Shave and slice fresh carrots into thick coins for even cooking and enhanced flavor and texture.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, making sure to coat every delicious inch of the carrots.

Step 4

To achieve the desired softness (or crunchiness, if preferred), evenly distribute the carrots on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
